Andrea \u00e8 la principale attrattiva di piazza Municipio, fu eretta per volere del duca Pirro Del Balzo Orsini, tra il 1470 e il 1500, e venne consacrata circa trent&#8217;anni dopo. Per rendere possibile la costruzione furono demolite l&#8217;antica chiesa greca, dedicata a S. Basilio e le abitazioni adiacenti.\n\nLungo la gradinata d&#8217;accesso sono presenti bassorilievi del XV sec. circa, forse \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che rimane dai restauri avvenuti nel tempo. All&#8217;interno la chiesa \u00e8 suddivisa in due livelli e tre navate, decorate con archi a sesto acuto.
